Hello there!
I’m a clinical psychologist trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, and I’m committed to helping others overcome their psychological challenges, enhancing their self-awareness and understanding of themselves in order to improve their well-being and develop a more fulfilling and healthier life.

Currently, I’m based in northern Germany, and I provide online counseling services in English, Spanish, and French to adults, teenagers, and couples from different parts of the world, each with unique cultural backgrounds, histories, and life experiences.

My approach

I offer you a confidential, secure, and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively to address your problems. Our sessions are focused on enhancing your self-awareness and understanding of your emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and interactions with others. This allows you to become aware and recognize the aspects of your personality and interpersonal dynamics that you may avoid, neglect, or that interfere with leading a more authentic and creative life.
Throughout our work together, I will support you in overcoming your difficulties and cultivating healthier relationships with yourself and others, fostering your personal growth and well-being.

About me

I grew up around Valparaiso, Chile, where I studied psychology (PUCV) and gestalt psychotherapy (Centro de Psicoterapia Gestalt, Santiago). In 2012, I emigrated to France in search of new experiences, pursuing a master’s degree in Integrative Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology (U. Paris 5) and a PhD in Philosophy (U. Paris 1). Since 2017, I live in Harsefeld, Germany, with my wife and two children.

I am really passionate about learning new perspectives and techniques to integrate into my clinical practice. Since 2010, I have worked in different universities, health institutions, and my own private practice. Currently, besides my clinical work, I am working on a research project on the history of cognitive psychotherapy at the University of Lübeck (you can find more about it here). I’m also a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychologie, which is the main society of qualified psychologists engaged in research in Germany.

Online therapy

The standard rate for online sessions is €80 per hour for individual sessions and €90 per hour for couples. This fee may be adjusted for students or in cases of financial difficulty. In our first session, we will discuss and agree together on the frequency, duration, costs, and goals based on your current situation and needs.

The reasons for consulting a clinical psychologist can be very varied: anxiety issues, couple or family conflicts, stress at work, difficulties with children, existential crises, grief, trauma, difficulties in adapting to new contexts, eating problems, drugs, etc. Therefore, each process is different.
